About The Partnership
Munnar Catering College has signed an MOU with Royal Roads University, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada for Academic Collaboration.
Students complete Year 1 and 2 with MCC, studying the Graduate Diploma in International Hotel Management and Tourism. Their credits are then transferred to Royal Roads University where they complete Year 3 and Year 4 in Bachelor of Arts in Global Tourism Management (BAGTM) OR Bachelor of Arts in International Hotel Management (BAIHM)
Successful students are awarded a Graduate Diploma by Munnar Catering College AND a Bachelors Degree by Royal Roads University. Students will be eligible to apply for a 3-year work permit after their course. Students will also be eligible to apply for permanent residency in Canada.

About The Partnership
MCC has signed an MOU for Academic Cooperation with HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute, Switzerland. Under this MOU, MCC students studying at both campuses in India – Munnar & Cochin – are eligible to be awarded Swiss Dual Diplomas and gain admission into exclusive pathway programs to convert their Diplomas into UK Degrees and Swiss Masters qualifications.

With this MOU, MCC’s Diploma in International Hotel Management and Tourism will now be a Dual Diploma Program. Students of this program will be eligible to be awarded a Diploma from MCC and a HTMi Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management as well.
MCC’s Graduate Diploma in International Hotel Management and Tourism will also be a Dual Diploma Program. Students of this program will be eligible to be awarded a Graduate Diploma from MCC and a HTMi Higher Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management.
Degree And Higher Diploma Pathway Options To Switzerland
After the Dual MCC & HTMi Diploma, students can choose to transfer to HTMi Switzerland and complete 6 months of the Higher Diploma there, plus 6 months internship in Switzerland. This will be followed by entry into the Dual Degree programme at HTMi which includes – BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Management, awarded by Ulster University and the HTMi Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hospitality & Events Management. They will again be eligible for a 6 months internship after the BSc.
After the Dual MCC Graduate Diploma & HTMi Higher Diploma, students can choose to transfer to HTMi Switzerland and directly join the final year of the Ulster University BSc Degree. They will have 6 months of academic courses in HTMi. They will also be eligible for a 6 months internship. On successful completion they will be awarded Dual Degrees – BSc, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in International Hospitality Management (Ulster University) and also receive the HTMi Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hospitality & Events Management.


Masters Pathway Options To Switzerland
Students who successfully complete a Bachelors Degree Programme at MCC Colleges in India (with equivalent of IELTS 6) can transfer directly to HTMi Switzerland, into the Final Year of the Dual Masters Program.
This Program includes – MSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management, awarded by Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland and MBA in Hospitality Management, awarded by HTMi, Switzerland, one-year programme. This would also come with 1 internship for 6 months
